Recessed High Sensitivity Passive Infrared Dimming Detector
The ASENS-CPIRHS-PRO high sensitivity passive infrared presence or absence detector provides automatic control of lighting loads in buildings and interior spaces with high ceilings. The ASENS-CPIRHS-PRO is typically installed in warehouses, sports halls and atria and is used in other applications where mounting heights are too high for standard detectors.
The ASENS-CPIRHS-PRO has a two channel capability for use with both digital dimming and switched lighting loads. For example, in an atria, the window row of luminaires can be dimmed down according to daylight detection and the rest of the luminaires are switched on and off only. Two input terminals can be used to manually override the dimming levels and override the luminaires on and off.
The detector use a highly sensitive passive infrared sensor in a precision dome lens, which enables the ASENS-CPIRHS to reliably detect movement over large areas. Mounting heights of up to 15m can be accomodated.
The detection area can be customised (in slot shaped or radial patterns) using a highly innovative clip-on masking shield. The two part mask is supplied as standard.
The ASENS-CPIRHS-PRO can be flush fitted in to ceilings that have sufficient void space or can be mounted directly to a solid ceiling or slab using the ASENS-CPIR-BOX.

Wiring Diagram 1 : Switch And Dim Together
Switches the luminaire with occupancy detection and maintains illuminance. Dims and switches using the centre biased retractive switch.

Where there is a requirement fo the luminaires to stay on dim instead of turning off, then use the dimming pair to both switch and dim. A value greater than zero in the 'off value' parameter will achieve a minimum dimmed level for the off state.
